We have a zero tolerance spam policy. SPAM. As stated above, RideConnection.net has a Zero SPAM Policy. All mailing lists or email gathering scripts/tools we offer use a double opt in confirmation system, as well as offer an opt out removal system. Any user found to be using our service for SPAM will be removed and possibly fined up to per email address by authorities. Storage Space Abuse. Any account found to be in excess of 25 Megs in server space will be removed and possibly fined. Payment Terms. This is a free service provided that our advertisements are found on all user pages. Membership. If you currently run a Free Car Website or Picture Storage Service or plan to run one of these services in the future, you cannot open up an account at RideConnection.net. Service Suspensions. RideConnection.net reserves the right at any given time to remove / disable services without explaining it to our users. If service abuse is high and it is compromising the safety of our members and RideConnection.net, it will be removed and reviewed whether it can be made safe, if not it will be removed. Questions and TOS Changes. This TOS may be changed at any given time without notification; however, if it is changed the last modified date will be posted at the top.
